We're a small, warm-hearted community of believers seeking to humbly follow God and live the Gospel message every day.
If you're looking for a super cool, edgy church, we're probably not for you. At Ransomed Church our heart is to simply and humbly live out the Gospel by making much of Jesus and Scripture. Pastor Jonathan believes deeply in expository preaching, meaning he preaches through books of Bible. Our Sunday gatherings are simple, yet our goal is for them to be meaningful while building our faith.
While we are non-denominational, our theology is reformed and we are affiliated with The Gospel Coalition and 9 Marks.

Jonathan and Danielle never expected their family to live in the states, let alone New England. God, in His Providence, had other plans. After serving as foreign missionaries in Tanzania, East Africa, they were redirected back to America through the chronic, catastrophic health needs of their youngest son. Trevor was born with a rare brain malformation which led to catastrophic epilepsy in infancy. At 2.5 years he underwent a radical brain surgery - left hemispherectomy - which has given him a better quality of life and a chance to thrive. He continues to require ongoing care. Through their journey with Trevor, Jonathan and Danielle have learned to give thanks and praise through the painful as well as the mundane and positive. Jonathan is thankful that the Lord has allowed him to continue following his burden for church planting. He has served as lead pastor of Ransomed Church since the beginning (2007).
